What's going on with Grand Theft Auto:: Codenamed Halo?

I was wondering what is going on with the Grand Theft Auto:: Codenamed Halo. There has been lack of updates and nobody is saying anything in the forums so what's going on? Is it caneled? Is it even being worked on? Please tell me what's on on with the project.

Somebody else should start over then. I would do it myself but I don't have a clue how to make CE Maps.
