Lag During In-Game Video Filming.

I was just wondering....

I use Fraps to film in-halo-game videos, but its VERY laggy, I mean its frame by frame, and I can't preform well.

Does anybody have the same problem....and can it be fixed?

Ok put your fps to 30 in fraps, and use half screen size, then in halo use teh lowest screen resolution posible, that should make it lag less.

reason why it does, is becuase halo takes a big chunk of ram running the game, then your running fraps and recording at same time so it takes up more of ram.

Best way for it not too is more ram for your pc.

ok what do u mean by half screen (sry i only got fraps a few days ago)

OOO and one more thing...

When i play my vids they're in superspeed..... do u know how to fix that??

lol... well try going to an options menu or somthing and see if you can change it from play movie in "superspeed" [lol] to like mabye slow and mabye itll play right. I dont use fraps or any of that but its just a suggdstion.

Umm well superspeed is kinds just easier just trying to joke around but apparently u dont have a very open sence of humore...ah whatever we dont no eachother so wth right?

well to tell u the truth if u play the movie in quicktime or windows media plyr 9 i might be able to fix it.

If you only have the demo of fraps, that might be why its going really really fast. Cuz the demo is SHITE, but if you have the real version, tehn do what i said. If not check my PM.

But i play it in divx after....

I have the 99 version trial.... u cant get the full without paying can u??
