Im sry if this has been posted before[

] but i duno how to search the forums if i even can.... plz just pm me on how i get maps i dl to work on halo ce.DONT TELL ME DROP IT IN MAPS FILE CUS I NO THAT MUCH. i think it may hav sumthing to do with winRAR so if thats the case just lemme no. thx and i need help ASAP

Most likely the file is a .rar, so yes, you need to download winrar. ( http://www.rarlabs.com ) Then extract the .map file out of it, and move it into the maps directory.
