Hey i need some help

Im looking for somewhere to download a weapon mod tool so i can change weapon settings and to make guns shoot diff bullets etc. can someone give me some help

Check in the PC modding section of the fileforum, and its in there, its called HMT halo map tools, tehn search for a tutorial on it.
