ok NM is an ok map but it sucks No RealY dont srecw me pal case u knoe what in the leak map they had the perfect replica of the battel rifel and skin and hog everying in the leak was neat.But now it sucks Listen they took out the battel rifel the hog skin the skin fo mc and now its crap becase WHAT EVERY ONE CARES ABOUT IS THE MAP.But what i care about is every other thing like the gun's and stuff(i knoe u dont care about me tell this shit but ill get to the point) any whay what im trying to say is why did they take it out thats all im saying here y? It was perfect.

no...your are a n00b....because first....that is New Mombassa CLASSIC
not the HALO 2 VERSION...therefore no BR or any H2 stuff...the HALO 2 VERSION will be out sometime before H@ is out (hopefully)

because so many people were impatient for the map they decided to realese teh classic version which gets you in the mood for the map, then when they release the halo 2 version then you will be expected to play it more.

i was wondering this, i also had the same theory as whats true, the wprd classic sorta sounded a lil strange, also, i dont see what is left to do. all te work they must of done to tale all the shit OUT musta been more then making it fineshed, surely?

Bottom Line:
BMW revives the 6-Series with the 2004 645Ci Coupe and Convertible. V8 power and sounds are terrific; handling is pure BMW. But despite BMW officials' hopes, the styling and details may not give this 6-Series the status of a classic.

Pros:

• Wonderful engine sounds
• Strong V8 power
• German road-handling

Cons:

• Looks alone won't make this one a classic
• Unappealing large gaps between some body panels
• Confounding iDrive

I heard BMW officials boast about how the company's heritage is full of stylish performance coupes and convertibles that became classics of their era.

But you know, I'm not sure the new, 2004 645Ci Coupe and Convertible are up to the task.

The earlier BMW classics had a nearly avant garde
flair about them. Not so these 6-Series cars, whose looks appear to be a more-rounded and lowered version of the current generation 7-Series sedan. Worse, when viewed from the rear quarter panel angle, the 6-Series cars bear a distinct resemblance to Chrysler's LHS sedan, which is hardly a memorable or high-brow auto.

Yes, the large wheels and V-rated, all-season tires

I'd have to say that 'NM' was somewhat disappointing (I didn't get my hopes up anyways). I liked the layout of the map. I haven't had terrible lag playing it. I do have to say the lighting wasn't too good (It probably just me though). And the textures....Oh god... They were just.... awful in lots of parts of the map. But I think the gameplay makes up for it... there's really no place in the map where nothing's happening, besides the layered building. It's fun to play but a bit of an eyesore.

Dude, learn to spell. Anyways, this is New Mombassa Classic. Meaning, no halo2 stuff.

Anyways, this map was a big letdown to me. Not so much because of the map, but because it's always laggy. And as we all know, lag sucks. Balls.

THats prolly cus ur comp sucks the only time i got lag was when some 56k ass was playing thats it. Mabye its cus ive got a 380kbps upstream and that the rest of my comp is really high end [ty dell]

Then I would get lag everywhere. I mean, sometimes this map doesn't lag, but it does most of the time. Maybe if I turned down my settings.

i have to say i was VERY disappointed AT FIRST with how that map played, but then i keep playing at it and learned the map an i have to say it is the best map i have played just for the shear fact that there are so many choices in how to make a flag run. You can do a foot run, take a hog and cut across the field, or go the long way with a tank, ride a ghost on the highway, take a midnight fly in a shee, HELL defense is the best i'v played too, it never gets too boring on def cuzz you have to watch out for all these different attack patterns

The only thing i don't like about the map is the fact that if too many noobs keep GIVING the tanks and shee's away to the other team it can cost you the whole game, especially if they put your team's tank of defense

as for how the map looks i dunno' i only got 64meg of video card power, so no spectacular for me, i can't even see standing water or shadows

I dont see why everyone hates the map.

MrsDoubleFire put so much hard work into it and you all say its bad.


I would like someone to make a great map and see how it feels like for others to say that it sucks and stuff like that.

I kinda agree cos NM could of bgeen a little better, I appreciate Dblfire's time and effort but it didnt live up to the hype that was put about it.
