graphics card?

i know this is probably the wrong section. and i know this is an incredibly newb question, but...
how do i check what graphics card i have without opening up my computer?

right click on desktop > properties>settings

go to Start-Run and run dxdiag then in dxdiag go to display.

do that but after setting click advanced
at the top right corner it should show you your card
