Yes, there is something wrong. The folder called "Mod Maps" should be called "Back-Up Maps". Inside the folder called "Back-Up Maps" is where all your original unmodded maps go. NOT modded maps

. Modded maps go into the Halo "MAPS" folder. Thats why you copy and paste all your original unmodded maps into the "Back-Up Maps" folder. So if anything goes wrong you would copy and paste whatever map you need from your "Back-Up Maps" folder into your "MAPS" folder. God damn fucking noobs

BTW HaloCE maps go into your Halo Custom Edition "maps" folder

Well i have bzflag found @ sourceforge.net, which uses a .map file so it thinks those are it's files =D
