Wait, west coast adds seven? That would mean if its 6:00, everyone is going on at 1:00?

Wait... on the Halo PC message of the day in the Lobby, don't they says that Halo CE is unsupported? Or is that just HEK? Or.... is it that Bungie doesn't support, but Gearbox does...

no you add seven from the military time

so if it was 6:00 then it would be 18:00 military time
so zulu time would be 0:00 or 1:00am
so you partially right but zulu time is in military time

(kinda confusing)

actually i donb't think the long load time is a bug for everyone, but sure as anything i know i coudl load and close halo like 5 times before halo:CE would load once.... they said they have a fix for this bug, but it would not warrent enough to make an official patch.. they have other things too.. theres a whole thread on the gearbox forums.. i think its even stickyed so..
