Is it possible to switch the pitchdown?!

I have been trying to find a way to change the pitchdown in devmode. But I can't find anything about it. And alot of people are saying that it could happen and probably is on there. If you know ANYTHING about the pitchdown in devmod PLEASE respond.

well if ya didnt know these are the controls:
middle mousebutton/wheel must be hold down when doing any of the controls.
W A S D - pan around forwards left right and back
R - pan up
F - pan down
scroll mouse wheel up - speed up camera panning
scroll mouse wheel down - slow down camera panning
G - rotate camera
