how to turn off cache editor

i am currently running cache editor v0.7 and when i mess w/ the cache files i cant figure out how to turn them off and i have tryed to deleate the x,y,and z files but there arent any cache files on there. also if any one knows how to get more maps to select when u press the white button then will u tell me.any help will b appreciated!
