a small question about saving tif files

i created my ground file as kirks 1st tut said and but his paint shop pro was a earlier version. in his at the bottom on his options list as he was saving there wasnt 2 additional opptions....in my it says:

ICC Color Profile
[ ] Embed ICC Profile:
sRGB Color Space Profile

should i enable this???? or do i have to find an earlier version?
right now i have dissabled

any help is appreciated
