video card help

ok everytime i open halo a message pops up saying "We are sorry,but your computer's video hardware is below the recommended minimum spec for this game." so if you have any idea of what i need to download, then either post a link, or tell me what to download.

i think there is only 1 way : buy new card or install newer dx

i dont think getting a new video card will help.my PC's video card is screwed up, so im using on board graphics right now, and it doesnt work for halo, and i got another video card, which didnt work at all, so basically your mother board wont work, and you have to get a new one, or use on board graphics , and no halo.
