Halo CE without a CD?

do i need a cd in order to play halo ce or is there a way to use the same serial numer and make it so i dont need a cd to play?

Yes, you need the CD

To expand on what patrick said, make an iso image of your cd and mount it on a virtual drive on your computer. That way you can never loose or scratch your cd.

there are other solutions aswell but in all honesty, is it really that hard to just use a CD?
