Need a biped rigged! Help!

first of all - my sapien aint working. second of all - I can't rig. I don't want a complex map, can somebody compile a new biped into a tut map for me? (Splinter will do.) I have the model to rig, and the tut files either are here or at halomaps.org containing splinter with ALL the needed tags. I just need a rig and a compile and that's it! Don't post nasty replies. I'm not asking for ANYTHING than a new biped in a map with pre-supplied tags. You DON'T have to make it break you back-off and I DON'T want you to! Post here ONLY if you want to help.
