1) you go here http://www.halomaps.org/index.cfm?pg=3&fid=1542
2) you download it
3) you install and run it
4) you open halo PC singleplayer levels
5) you extract the tags
tada, you have your tags and you can be happy

(mb a moderator should make a question form and we sticky all the questions that are asked all the time?)
