HaloCE lan problems

Ok when I go to do a lan using halo pc it works but when I try with ce it dosnt anybody have any idea whats rong.

The LAN is working because we are able to share files and are also able to connect to each others games on halo PC. When we try to connect through CE the game doesn't show up on the LAN lobby. I have turned all of the filters off and even Direct IP doesn't work.
