New Modder, no idea where to start

Right, I want to start modeling for HaloCE now, I've got the following programs...

HEK, HHT, HMP, Blender 3D, 3DStudio Max*, Adobe Photoshop CS, PPF-O-Matic, Paint Shop Pro 8 and the DDS plug in to mod textures and what not, Now... Where do I get simple to follow tutorials? all the way from starting a NEW map... all the way to modding another map? Inserting New Models, Exporting Models etc? I have a TON of idea's and I would like to create them, but I need somewhere to start.

First off, HaloCE and HaloPC are two different things. PC is the retail version. Modding PC has to do with editing existing levels only (essentially). The DDS plugin and all of that has to do with PC. As well as HMT and HHT. HMT is for editing meta and/or swapping dependencies. HHT is for changing dependencies (never had to use it). Also the model editing is mostly for this (Milkshape, or blender, or 3dsmax) Blahblahblah. CE is a new version of Halo released to allow new content to be added and to fix some netcode problems and some other minor things. With CE you have to create a completely new map in 3dsmax/gmax and use the HEK to turn it into a playable map.

Click This to see some beginner tutorials on making a map from scratch. Very very Helpful...

They are videos so they are easy to follow
