1000 player CE push

News from HBO:
EthanDM, of Halo World, posted a note last week on the Gearbox forums, attempting once again to get 1000 players on HaloCE at one time; if this can be accomplished, Randy Pitchford of Gearbox has pledged to update Halo CE with new features and bug fixes. The first day for this new push is today - and it runs all week. Read the post for times and information - and join in to help make Halo CE be all that it can be! Thanks to scottisonfire for letting us know last week. (I've held off because I know how short-term the memory of some Halo fans can be; I figured if you only have to remember for a few hours, there's a chance you'll join in. ) (Louis Wu 16:51:58 UTC) (permalink)

well we have the results from the first night:

Highest point: 350 give or take a few

Lowest point: around 273

Well a good shot for the first day *Cough*NOT*Cough* only 650 to go

umm actualy yea even if you had 250 for every night it would total to over 1200 people

its never gonna make it what u should do is go to a big room of peeps playing pc and go room to room telling them y CE is so great and that we should forget pc and move on to ce and explain whats good n $hit so yeah try that approach might work better

what i would do is like make a poster adn make copies at kinkos and then ask if you could post them all around videogame stores etc.
