HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I know there are alot of answers in this forum but I could not find it, so here I am now asking for help.
I am following the video tutorial number 7 for begginners on this site. When here's what I get when I type in what I am supposed to do.

And the video says the warning should be about how the bitmap is greater than 1 bit alpha being compressed as DXT 1.
When I look for the bitmap that is supposably supposed to be created, it isn't there for Guerilla to open.
I would appreciate any help! ThankS!

make sure you have the same save options as he does

Yeah, I finally went to step 1 and did it all over. I also noticed by doing it over again, I saw a difference in the picture that was saved. Yesterday night, I got through the first 5. Today I hope to get through the last 4 of them. So I found my problem for now. Case closed.
