HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

After comparing the text strings in tool.exe to the text strings to the halo XBE, I've noticed that a lot of it is the same... too much for it to be a coincidence... I believe tool.exe is just (sort-of) the main program file, as it requires the same imports as the halopc exe, and has all these text strings that are exactly the same... you can take a look at the text strings on my site...
