Halo Wiki - Web Address Update & New Tutorials Added

Hi all, just to let you know the web address of the Halo Wiki has changed to:

http://www.halowiki.com

However the old address below is still in operation:
http://wiki.fpsgamers.se/halo

It's just to make it easier for people to find the site & spread the word!! Last week the hit-rate went up & is now cruising at an average of 500 unique IP's per day, with a total of almost 30,000 pageviews since start of the Wiki.

If you have something to contribute to the Halo community in the form of tutorials, models, tags, or even quick tips or tricks, visit the Wiki & follow instructions on editing pages.

It's really simple to add pages, anyone has access to anything, there's no username or password required. However, changes are logged by IP, and ZIon does a pretty good job of tracking & permanently banning malicious users.

A selection of tutorials now up on the Wiki:

1./Fixing Open Edge & Other Tool Errors
2./Adding custom sounds
3./Modding sky bitmaps & creating custom sky gearbox models
4./Netgame flags & weather placement
5./Adding water & waterfalls
6./Re-adding Ghost plasma sticky effect
7./Creating chaing spawning projectiles
8./Adding extra seats to vehicles
9./HUge list of 3D resources
10./Creating Advanced Terrain Tutorial
11./Creating Tileable textures
12./UVW Unwrapping

-----

If you wanna see more tutorials on this site, spread the word, and if you have anything to contribute, add it there!! Other game engines such as UT2k series have very comprehensive Wiki's, maintained & contributed to by literally thousands of modders. If you feel like posting in Halomods forum, but want your tutorial to be seen by more people, post it in the Wiki, then add the links to Halomods, Gearbox & any other forums you like!!!

More tutorials to come, but the Wiki will not be what it can without the input from the community. Make a contribution!!! Use the Halo WIki!!!
