Did you create shaders for each material in Guerilla?

Each matID in 3ds/gmax will have a specific name, such as 'gun_barrel' or whatever. You must create a shader_environment called 'gun_barrel' and put it in the tags/levels/mymap/shaders folder. In the shader dialog, you can add bitmaps there.

JMS export saves the geometry, the material names/ID's, smoothing groups & UVW maps, but not the materials themselves. These have to be recreated using guerilla for you to see your maps in game.

Hope this help ;)
