how to get the 343 guilty spark's sky and fog tags

I didint find the 343 guilty spark's tags for sky, fog and rain. Is there a way to get them? like exporting them from the .map file?
i need them cauze i made a map called swamp and i want to make the exact same weather, to play that with warthogs in mp. that would be awsome
