thats not true.
1, you cannot fly banshees on that level if elites have been flying them. the only way you can is by making yourself make them appear. eg swap AR ammo with a banshee.
2, in that first section of level halo, if you do fly the banshee, then when ever the blue beam tower shoots it will freeze you if you are higher than the blue beam tower.

The elites do fall out of the banshees but very rarely and then (on the xbox at least dunno about the pc version) u cant fly the banshee its just there

you guys will most likly consider this a le but oh will. on legendary and only on legendary in that more of the 0.1111111111111111111111111 out of the abg 0.11111111111111111111 times it happens you can fly the banchee.(note it only happens liike 100 times out of the normal 1000 times it happens those are odds)

once i was playing xbox on the level halo. and the banshees crashed together after i shot one. the other elite died from the crash(no airbags???) . it was in perfect condition, except i couldnt ride the banshee. although it wasnt broken

When I try to build the senario file with tool I get this error

When it says that it means your directories are screwed up. Check to make sure that all of the nessecary files are in the directory before you strcuture.

I tried what you you Blink 182, but I still counldn't get it to work
