tools.exe dont work it flashes up for slplit sec the closes

tools.exe wont work for me. i have win xp pentium 4
it just flashes up for a split sec and then closes
what do i do

Just go into your system32 folder, and get the cmd.exe file

(my computer>>>windows>>>system32)

And copy that file, then go to your halo CE root directory and paste it in.

Or goto run, and type in Cmd

Then its time for some old skool ms-dos commands:

Type this:
C: (Press enter)
cd C:\program files\microsoft games\halo ce\ (Press enter)
tool (Press enter)
