php? collision?

i would like to have the collision model plugin for HMT3, but it seems to not be on the site anymore. i found another one, but (sorry for my newbishness) i'd just like to know: what the hell is a php file???

Its like html, 'cept its php.

HMT plugins are XML, not PHP though....so if you have a PHP file then you probably have the wrong file.

yah, i know that much, but i can't open it. i found the plugin on a forum, as a DL, and it said like, " Coll/bipshilepgin.rar.
php 
now it has two extensions, which is wierd. but just so ya know, i can open
.rars, but not php, which is the format its DLing in.

Hmm....I checked the link & it worked fine for me.
Are you using a download manager?
If so, try shutting off browser monitoring, or just exit the download manager & try downloading it again.
