HEK + Download?

I can't find it anywhere, I've been searching on halomods.com, halomaps.org, halofiles.com, but I can't find it. Anybody have a direct link for it?

search HEK plus.
you should find it there.
that's where i found it.
but that site is going really slow for me right now, I can't get you a link.

Thanks a lot. got the HEK Plus kit or whatever. But when I extract it and run it, it won't work. Am I putting it in the wrong place or what? if brings up an error saying:

((title bar))
HEKPlus.exe - Application Error
((message))
The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000135). Click Ok to terminate the application.

Also, it doesn't work to well with vista. You can still extract stuff, but you can't use the drop downs or right click.
