HEK NOOB! I installtags then sapien wont run!wtf!

Ok, basicly, i want to add h2 wepons and a few vehicles to infinity. I got infinity tags. I got an h3 sheild grenade, all h2 wepons,and c4. Planning on getting spectre tags... now from wat i understand u put all the wepons folders in ur tags\weapons folder. Now, wtf does sapien not run once i do this?
