HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

1. when i put mesh into the level it wont put it there

2. when i save the map a error comes up saying "there are no actors to export

3. and i dont get the command promt thing

sry to double post but i figer out y the actor error came up


but i hav no idea how to use the command promt thing or the tool.exe thing
i put in "C:\HALO>tool.exe structure levels\test\tutorial tutorial" but it says it cant recinize it
