Tool.exe list of commands

Ok I know the name is a total teaser 
Someone needs to make a list of all the commands for tool.exe, but let me help by saying...
In command promt type
CD\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT GAMES\HALO CUSTOM EDITION
From there type in
TOOL.EXE
It shows a list of the multiple commands
What these commands do is far beyond me, but I am sure one of them reveals something.
