Sapien Question

I was messin around with the tutorial map in sapien and i couldnt figure out how to add in stuff like weapons and vehicles. I found all the tags and added those, i thinks it was in the hirechy view. How do i put them in?

yah i get the same problem. i have no idea on why they don't add into the hirechy but im trying to figure that out.
