It says i have installed HEK but yet its not their...

Not where? Your Halo CE folder?

If you have 3 programs in your Halo CE folder called Guerilla, Sapien, and Tool, then HEK is installed.

Uhh, try uninstalling and reinstalling?

Make sure it goes to the Halo CE directory.
