sapien problem

im new to CE and never used it before and never used sapien either. im trying to follow the Adding AI tutorial video but after i load the maps secnario, sapien has a bunch of windows in it then just quits. ive reinstalled HEK 3 times but no change. im using XP, not Vista. plz help as i really want to get into modding and any help wil be appreciated.

I also suffer from this problem and have just started to try and do the same thing. Except I'm on vista.

open debug.txt, and copy the last entry, and post it here so we know whats wrong

ok then how do i make it so it works right? i followed the video tutorial for adding AI. and tried it and another (i think hangemhigh but not sure) and both did this. i used HEK Plus V1.0.2 to extract all the folders. i tired to update HEK but it says i need .Netframe V1 or something that i cant remeber. ill try again to update it to see if that works but anything i can do to get this to work?

HEK Plus is the problem. Get a new one. That version (i think) makes the tags fubared. Also, the problem is this:

Which means that it couldnt find a line in the coding for that bitmap tag, so it couldnt load it, then the scenario couldnt load, and then the bsp couldnt load because of that one (mabye 3) lines. Get a new version of HEK Plus.

ive been looking where to downlaod 1.0.3 version but cannot find it. can someone give me the link? i tryied to do the updater but it send me to a saite that doesnt exist
