I need help with the command prompt when the guy in the tutorial says tools bitmaps levels splinter and stuff.

Put a shortcut to command line on your desktop in the properties under shortcut tab in the target box, type the path to your CE directory and press ok, now click the shortcut and type tool [and the command].
