Cutscenes and AI

ok, ive been working on a mod for about a week and a half and im redoing the level a30. its almost completed but i have a couple problems...

I read somewhere that ai can use commandlists to move in cutscenes. only my ai dont move in the cutscenes.

My first cutscene with ai i made a command to pause for 14 seconds (long enough for the cutscene to show them and go back to the player) but they still have no animations (arms out)

My second cutscene with ai is flood ai, with a go to command list. this takes place at the bridge, right before you touch the switch a cutscene comes in and flood are supposed to run and wait for the bridge to show up...but they dont even move.

I hope this makes sense, and i need help asap.

in the cutscene is there ANY type of bsp switch? if so ill explain whats wrong otherwise im not sure.

??? well not in the cutscene...well see

the 1st bsp (bsp 0) has the cutscenes...then you switch like 20 minutes later while playing the game bsp 2 (bsp 1) has no cutscenes yet.

I just took out the cutscenes with the ai in it so no more hassle. But if this gets figured out i would like to know how to do it next time.

in the cutscene is mastercheif actualy placed yet. cause if hes not in the bsp at the time of the cutscene it will instantly freeze the ai. i had this problem. make sure hes in the correect place at the time of the cutscene or you could cause the ai too not work.

well see...in a30 you know how you climb that hill at the beggining then walk of that small cliff...

the cutscene began right there...and showed the covy walking near the structure.

I was also useing a pause command...i just didnt want them to have there arms out.
