Help Vehicle Animation!!!

How do i export .JMA file, it wont let me in 3ds max 9 because theres no option, is there a program like TheGhost's .jms exporter???
can gmax do it?

Sorry 3ds max 9 can't, I think I heard someone was making a script for exporting them though.
And gmax can't either.
