script for spawning ai in a certain way... plz help

i want too make it were after all the bipeds in one encounter are dead it will spawn the next encounter i got this much done

(script startup spawnteleelites
(ai_place
teleporterelites 2)

but i dont know what too put too make it wait till everything in the first teleporterelites is dead to spawn teleporterelites 2.. some help would be apreciated. :wink:
