A few questions

I have a few questions
1. how do i make AI run, yet when they see and enemy they stop running, and then once the enemy is dead they keep going with their command...because everything i do doesnt seem to work
2. I keep getting this error "AI knowledge base is full (768 entries) ... (will remind every 30 sec)"
