HEK+ problem

I've got another problem, this time with HEK+...
When I try to extract the bloodgulch.scenario, I get the following error

Problem: Could not find a part of the path "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\Halo stuff\Programs Misc. Files\Hek+2\Halo Editing Kit Plus\Data\Plugins\SteelIXB\Tag Converter\definitions.scc".

I'm not entirely sure, but it looks like it's trying to use a previous directory which doesn't exist on the system anymore. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

its telling you it cant find the definitions.scc make sure everything that came with hek plus is in a folder
