sapien radiosity error

when i try to radiosity my map it comes up with this error:
"radiosity error: degenerate triangle with bad uvs (see blue in error geometry)"

can somebody help me?

one or more of your faces is not uvw mapped correctly so radiosity cannot run. u have to load up your debug file into your map in 3ds max or whatever your using to model and the faces that have errors will come out in blue. you can then uvw map those correctly and you should get rid of that error.

inport debug.wrl and look for blue errors and move vertices around or re UVW map it.

ok i fixed that- now one of the textures is just white.(in sapien)
Please help
also how do I vew the textures in Gmax?

your shader for the texture is most likely not named right. make sure u name it the same as the bitmap. i dont use gmax but in 3ds max there is a button in your material editor that says "show map in viewport." but i dont know if thats in gmax or not.

i'm using textures already in halo, ex detail grass, and they still end up white, or i ttells me to make a shader. Please help.
