Post by SPARTAN04 »

im trying to make a map and when i look at it in sapien or ingame it has only one texture applied to every surface when there is actually supposed to be 10 other textures.

i have one material group with 11 materials in it applied to 4 objects in the level including the skybox, "level".

its most likely a naming problem. make sure u have named everything accordingly. if thats not the problem your names may be to long for tool because ive had that issue. also u may want to try compressing all the bitmaps explicitly in guerilla. thats my 2 sense

Send me the Max file, and I'll try to fix your problem.

An easy way to export everything from 3ds Max is: File, Archive...

"Archive..." will create a zip file that contains all of the model's assets, like it's images for the materials.

You'll also need to give me the shaders and your bitmap tags, so I can try to solve your issue.
