How do I create clusters in the BSP for different background/sound environments and weather?
EDIT: And does anyone know how make blood dissapear when you switch BSP's?
Edit2: I think I got the decal script, if its (rasterizer_decals_flush) then I got it. Ok that didn't seem to work, anyone know how?

i sort of know this...
in sapien, go to heirarchy view and click edit types
then click background_sound_palette in the drop down box, click add. a window should pop up
click the 3 '...' and search for a sound that you want, name it whatever you want, then click the disk icon to save.
do the same process for the sound environment by doing the same thing as background_sound_palette but getting a sound_environment.
next, go to cluster properties and click background sound.
In the properties palette, click the dropdown box and your background sound should be there. but makes sure the camera is in the map so it can work.
then click sound environment and do the same process as above.

I know that, but when I create a BSP it always just has 1 cluster.
And the other BSP's that I didn't make have a bunch.
How do I create them in 3ds max (if thats where you make them).

clusters can be made a few ways, like rendering zones
you make planes in your map, and name the material on them something like +portal, +exactportal, ect
since im not at home, I dont have the other names for you, but if you look in the hek tutorial in material over view, it will have the one for sound witch I think is +sound
