please help texture problems

ok. my texture in my 3ds looks the way i want it to look, but when i run radiosity and put it ingame it comes out looking like its been tiled like 100 times or more. can anyone help me solve this problem. there are a couple pics below. thanks.

I don't know it this is what's causing your problem or not, but Halo will only pay attention to the tiling settings on your UVW map, not in the texture settings.

you have your primary detail map (or secondary) too small. I cans ee the origional texture behind the highly-tiled detail map. Check your shader.
