Tool Error

I get this error:
Heres the last entry in the Debug.txt aswell.
I get the above error everytime I try and export a map with water. If I remove the water, the map exports just fine.
I have the water material as:
and the texture is called:
So if anyone can help me out on why tool is doing this, that would be great.
