Ok so I have made a map all the way up to actually playing it, but when I try to start it in CE, it gives me an exception data window and then doesn't work, can someone tell me why, thanks!

Last time I did this, I restarted the map from the tool parts, and it worked fine for me.

Tool parts as in starting from Guerilla?

After you exported from the JMS file. Start there.

I tried what you said but no luck, here is the error in the debug info...

Looks like your sound card isnt good enough.

As in making the map? If so I was following the tut at the bottom step by step, maybe there is something wrong with it?

Some things I have seen before, but never tried. Some things might be wrong, but im not sure.
