Bitmap fence

I am trying to make it so you can see through on the black parts but I don't know how. Can someone who knows how to do this with Adobe Photoshop CS 2 9.0 please explain to me how to do this? ( Iam despite)

You would make an alpha map for it, I think.

yea, I'd say just make an alpha layer and have the clear parts be a solid black.... then just copy a ladder shader and adjust it to fit your needs better
