This might be a freaquently asked question but ive been looking all over for Guerilla and Tool and I havn't been able to find any links that work. Can anyone send me a link to a website that has them??

Thanks for cooperating. Since I've provided a link to the Halo Editing Kit (Tool and Guerilla included), I don't see much reason to move this topic to the Halo CE section. However, I'll do it anyway.
