tool won't build BSP

Also how do you create breakable glass and when is that tutorial for destructable vehicles going to be out?

do you have any screens of the model? i've heard that tool doesn't like things like spheres...

also, what output did tool give you?

i was gonna ask more, but the most i can see from the debug.txt snippet in there is that it goes about normally manipulating data at certain memory offsets, then runs into an error in a c script at line 387 (global_plane_count<MAXIMUM_BSP3D_DEPTH) which, i dunno what it means. sorry if i can't really help...
