HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Hello, I've been following this tutorial and after much turmoil I've gotten everything working until I get to the tool commands.

The commands used are the following:
tool bitmaps weapons\weaponname\bitmaps
tool model weapons\weaponname
tool model weapons\weaponname\fp

None of them are working, all tool does is show me all the commands that it can execute as if I were merely typing tool. The bitmap command doesn't do anything at all acting as if I entered an invalid command.

My directory is set up as follows:
weapons\weaponname\
-bitmaps\gunmetal.tif
-models\
--weaponname.jms
-fp\models\
---weaponname.jms

I exported the jms files using chimp and tried again with blitzkrieg and got the same results.

If anyone could please take their time to help it would be really appreciated, thanks in advance.

ok nvm I figured it out, i feel stupid. I needed these in the data directory instead of the tags directory.
