jms file weirdness

when i exported my model to jms from 3ds Max 8, the jms was only 2 kb big and wouldn't do anything when i tried 2 compile. When i typed the command w/ tool it just said: "###uberpistol.jms" and stopped. wtf?

I'm afraid I need a bit more info to help you out. There could be a lot of reasons for what you're getting. Get a screenshot of tool.exe when that error shows up, and show me a screenshot of the object list is 3ds Max.
